1. Nature of Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of business databases and email lists are final. Once the data has been downloaded or emailed to you, we cannot offer a refund.
2. Data Quality Guarantee
We take pride in our data accuracy. If you find that more than 25% of the emails in your purchased list are bouncing, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement dataset or a credit towards future purchases.
3. How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please email us at info@b2bdata.co.in with your order details and a copy of the bounce report from your email service provider.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before the download link has been accessed. Once accessed, the order is considered delivered.
