Where the data comes from
Records are compiled from public sources, in these broad classes:
- Public business and professional directories (for example trade associations and professional-body member lists)
- Government and regulatory records that are publicly available (for example MCA and MSME registry information)
- Trade-show and exhibition exhibitor directories, plus on-ground collection at events
- Company websites and other public business listings
Each dataset page lists the specific sources for that dataset.
How records are checked
- Email addresses are checked for valid syntax and an existing domain.
- Bounce data from earlier campaign cycles is used to remove dead records.
- Phone numbers are screened against known invalid patterns.
These checks reduce bad records; they do not prove that a person still holds the role, or that a mailbox will accept a message today.
What “estimated email deliverability” means
The "estimated email deliverability" shown on each dataset is B2B DataMart’s own estimate of the share of email addresses that do not bounce, based on periodic validation. It is not an independently audited figure, differs by dataset, and is not a guarantee of what your campaign will achieve.
Across the catalog it ranges from 75% to 90%, depending on the dataset. The figure on each dataset page is the one that applies to that dataset.
How current the data is
Each dataset page shows the date that dataset was last updated. We do not promise a fixed refresh schedule; check the date before you buy, and ask us if you need a newer extract.
Delivery
Order by email, pay by UPI (India) or PayPal (international), and the file is emailed to you. The file arrives within 2–4 hours of payment confirmation, as Excel / CSV.
If the data doesn't perform
Sales of digital data are final once delivered. If more than 25% of the emails in a purchased list bounce, email us within 7 days with your bounce report and we will provide a replacement dataset or a credit toward a future purchase. See the refund and replacement policy.
Limits you should know about
- B2B contact data ages quickly: people change jobs and companies change domains.
- Datasets can overlap, so record counts across datasets should not be added together.
- Buyers are responsible for lawful use, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable telemarketing and email rules.
