Data removal and opt-out
If your business contact details appear in one of our datasets and you want them removed, tell us and we will remove them.
How it works
- Send the form, or email [email protected], with the name, company and the email address or phone number you want removed.
- We check the request against our datasets. We may ask you to confirm you control the email address or number.
- We remove the matching records from our dataset files, so they are not included in future sales or samples.
- We reply to confirm what was removed, or why nothing matched.
What we can and can't do
Removal applies to our own files going forward. We can't recall copies that customers already received, but our terms require customers to use data lawfully and to honour removal requests they receive.
You can also object directly to any sender who contacts you, and complain to the relevant data-protection authority if you are not satisfied.
